So we have developed the Contractor Select program which is designed to match you with pre-qualified professional Hardscaping contractors that meet the individual specifications of your particular project. Our goal is to provide you with not only the best products but the best finished project.

When you log onto ephenrycontractorselect.com you will be prompted to fill out the Project Request Form that is sent you your very own EP Henry Project Consultant. Once the project consultant reviews your form, they will contact you to review the details and then match you with EP Henry Authorized Hardscaping Contractors that best fit your needs. Your project consultant will be with you every step of the way, giving you the personalized attention you deserve.

So you ask yourself, why does it matter if my contractor is an EP Henry Authorized Hardscaping Contractor? Our authorized network of contractors is required to go through a pre-qualification process in order to have the opportunity to bid on your project. Some of these processes include credit checks, site inspections, current industry certifications and much more. A full list of these qualifications is available on our website.

Now that you know you want an EP Henry Authorized Hardscaping Contractor to complete your job and you fill out the project request form online, what's next? Each contractor that has been selected for you (up to 3) will be forwarded your project information and will contact you within three business days to make an appointment to meet with you onsite. They will then follow up with a written proposal for the scope of work to be completed. Upon your review of each proposal, you get to select the contractor that best fits your personal project needs and begin the build phase of your project.

Once your project is complete, your contractor will provide you with a guarantee of workmanship. In addition, EP Henry will send you a customer satisfaction survey via email to help us ensure you are happy with your project and register your project for the official EP Henry Lifetime Guarantee. Once that information is received by EP Henry, we will send you a Welcome Kit that includes information on maintaining the beauty of your new installation, your official Lifetime Guarantee Certificate and a bronze medallion which you can affix to your project so others will know you "Insist on the Best" Joe Mistrata from Perry Hall, MD 'insisted on the best' and states, "I would highly recommend EP Henry to any homeowner who wants to transform their property from simply a yard to a total living setting with a unique identity."
