Commercial Sales Representative

Location: Landover, MD

EP Henry Corporation, a recognized industry leader and manufacturer of HardscapingTM and architectural unit concrete products with a strong commitment to sales, service and product innovation, has an immediate opportunity for a Commercial Sales Rep supporting our Segmental Retaining Wall Commercial Division. The territory for this position is Washington, DC and the suburbs of Northern Virginia. In this role, you will call on a variety of construction professionals to develop and close commercial hardscaping sales opportunities. Meet with architects, engineers, designers, specifiers, government officials and contractors to educate, provide technical support and promote commercial wall products. Responsibilities include: Identify and prospect for new customers,lead generation, conduct presentations, and obtain favorable specifications for our products. Maintain effective relationships with current customers that lead to increased sales and revenue; develop quotes and orders; work as a collaborative member of our sales team to sell our products. Provide sales support for multiple projects; consistently follow up on leads and projects. Qualifications: Must have strong written, verbal, organization and communication skills; excellent computer skills, presentation skills and selling skills; sales experience in concrete products or construction related products preferred. A min. of 5 yrs of sales or construction exp is necessary; experience with Customer Relationship Management System (CRM) is desired; ability to read blueprints and understand elevations is a plus; AS/AA in Marketing, Business Mgmt. or equivalent from a 2 year college or technical school or equivalent in experience, training and education is required.
